SYSHP has been granted an award by Nationwide Building Society for a year’s project aiming to research and pilot new models of appropriate housing for young people.

We are looking for:
1 x Full-time Policy and Research Officer 37.5 hours – £24,686; ref NS/RO/09/18
1 x Part-time Peer Mentor Research Assistant 25 hours salary £21,030 Pro rata; ref NS/PR/09/18/PT
Holidays 32 days per year including Statutory Holidays (pro rata for part-time post)
You will be working within a small team to ensure the delivery of the project.
We’re looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, intellectual curiosity and an analytical mind-set. A commitment to involving and working alongside young people and stakeholders are a pre – requisite. A degree of flexibility is required along with an understanding of the issues and disadvantages that young people face.
