SYSHP is a homeless charity based in Swansea, which has been delivering services to vulnerable socially excluded and potentially homeless young people for over 20 years. For young people at an age where they are no longer children and not quite adults, life can be pretty tough. For those who have come out of care or broken up with their families and are worried where they will live, it’s often unbearable.
We provide a wide range of supported housing services and a camouflaged learning programme. SYSHP works closely with a variety of agencies bringing to the partnership the significant benefits of our ability to engage and to work with the most vulnerable service users in a holistic way supporting their individual needs.
We are looking to recruit for the following vacancy, operating within SYSHP’s floating support accommodation projects:
Tenancy Support Worker
£18,966 per year
37.5 hrs per week
Company Benefits include 32 days Annual Leave per year including Statutory Holidays.
Working as part of a small team you will provide housing related support to young people housed in the Swansea area. Thanks to a years experience of working with disadvantaged young people you will be committed to providing a first class service. We are looking for an excellent communicator who is able to motivate others.
